Privacy policy

Effective 2026-09-13. Without an account, we hold nothing about you beyond server logs and analytics events. With an account, we hold your email address and your training data. Stripe holds your card details.

Without an account

The whole free site works without an account. Your training progress, session history, and table-rule preferences live in your browser's localStorage on your device. If you clear your browser data, they are gone. We cannot restore them because we never held them.

With an account

Accounts are optional. You can sign in with an email address and password, an emailed sign-in link, or Google. Supabase runs authentication and stores your email address, the identifiers your sign-in method provides, and a display name if you set one. After you sign in, your Course progress, training stats, and practice session summaries sync to the account and follow you across devices. If you subscribe to Premium, your casino session logbook syncs to the account as well.

Billing

Stripe bills Premium. Stripe collects and stores your card details. We never see or store card numbers. We keep your Stripe customer id and whether the subscription is active. Those two facts tell us if your membership is current and let you open the billing portal.

Analytics

PostHog records page views, feature events, and the context browsers send: browser type, country, and referrer. We use those counts to decide what to build next. When you are signed in, PostHog ties events to your account id. We also capture error reports to fix crashes. We do not sell data and do not run cross-site advertising trackers.

Hosting

Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs (IP addresses and request URLs) under Vercel's privacy policy.

Deleting your account

To delete your account and everything tied to it, email the site operator through the domain's registration contact from the address on the account. We remove the account, its synced progress and logbook data, and the Stripe customer record. Cancel any active subscription in the billing portal first so Stripe does not charge you again.
